Katherine Woodworth is a mental health therapist working with individuals, couples, and group therapy. She specializes in lessening the effects of trauma and breaking the cycle of addiction. She maintains a private practice in Benton, AR.
She has been a licensed therapist since 2006. Among her areas of experience are vocational services, relational issues, family discord, ADD/ADHD, acting out children, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Katherine and Richard Woodworth have been married since 2011. Richard works as a Respiratory Therapist. In his youth he lived in Israel for a year. We both love to travel and being outdoors. We have 2 dogs, Taz and Gizmo; our beloved Bandit and Dweezle have passed but are still in our hearts. Taz loves to come to the office and snuggle with new people. He can be a great stress reliever, and can be incorporated into any session. Gizmo is still young and learning the ropes at the office.
